A.S. Raodeo is a Chemical Engineer with over 38 years of industrial experience in manufacturing, operational excellence, quality, energy management, and sustainability. He completed an advanced one-year postgraduate program at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) and served as a Scientist with the Department of Atomic Energy for 10 years.
He has held senior leadership roles, including reporting directly to the Chairman & Managing Director of Garware Hi-Tech Films for nine years. A Certified Master Black Belt, ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, BRCGS Food Safety Auditor, and certified ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 Auditor, he has over 20 years of experience implementing JIPM TPM and leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
Mr. Raodeo has successfully delivered major business improvement, energy conservation, and sustainability projects, including ₹4 crore in energy savings during 2024–2025, while helping organizations improve productivity, quality, reliability, and environmental performance.
